Return Requirements

The Item:

  • All tags must still be attached.
  • Make sure there are no make-up or deodorant stains, animal hair or cigarette smoke odor.
  • Item can’t be worn, altered or washed.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box.
  • Shoe boxes must be returned inside another box or a protective mailer. [Ie. you cannot tape the shoe box shut and stick a label on it]

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Any time a coupon code/perk of 25% off or greater was used on the order.
  • Any item in the sale/clearance section.
  • Any item marked down or discounted greater than 25% off the original price (includes BOGO items)
  • Shoes without the original box 

No exceptions or exchanges. Gift Cards can’t be returned or refunded.


Store Credit: Your item must be received or postmarked* within 30 days from the date your order was placed for domestic orders. International orders have 45 days. You will receive an e-gift card once your return has been processed to the email you checked out with. 

Refund:  Your item must be received or postmarked* within 14 days of the of the order date to receive a full refund for domestic orders. International orders have 25 days. Once we process your return please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

*Postmarked means it has been accepted and scanned in at the post office. Simply creating a label does not count. 


Return Shipping Options:

  1. Use USPS [recommended for single order returns] to print off a pre-paid shipping label and give to your usps carrier. Cost of the label will not be added to your refund/store credit. 1 Label = 1 OrderDo NOT combine multiple orders into one box/mailer.
  2. Ship it yourself [ideal for returning multiple orders or international customer] via the carrier of your choice. Return address: Dixies Western Wear, 17243 Bowser DR Hoyt, KS 66440. **Please get a tracking number to track your package. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  3. Email your tracking number to that will help us watch for your package as well as monitor the transit. 


Returns Processing:

  • Once we receive your return please allow 2-5 business for it to be processed.
  • If a return is received without specifying a refund or store credit, store credit will be automatically given.


Anything Wrong?

  • PLEASE inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt.
  • If you believe you have received something defective please contact us within 3 days of order receipt at so we can address the issue.
  • If it has been longer than 3 days, tags have been removed or item has been worn or washed it becomes ineligible for replacement.


Order Cancellation or Change:

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are placed.

***If more than $500 of returns are made within a calendar year, a 20% restocking/shipping/handling fee will be deducted from each return moving forward. We do our best to help you decide on the size you need before ordering. Please reach out to our support team before ordering multiple sizes of one item so we can help you get the best fit.  Effective Jan. 1st, 2020.
